Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast supervisor to join our team.

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our breakfast, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.


Duties:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
  • Train and develop staff members on food safety protocols, customer service, and restaurant policies
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals
  • Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, recognizing achievements, and providing feedback

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and bartending skills
  • Ability to handle highstress situations while maintaining composure
