Breakfast Supervisor

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast supervisor to join our team. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our breakfast, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Train and develop staff members on food safety protocols, customer service, and restaurant policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, recognizing achievements, and providing feedback

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and bartending skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining composure
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
