About Our Client:


Our client is a well known retail organisation in the UK and has become a trusted part of the local communities it serves.


For the successful Payroll Officer, our client in Lincoln can offer a salary up to £37,000 with excellent benefits available.

This is a 12 month contract position with a reputable business in Lincoln with an immediate start available.

This is a 100% office based position.

Payroll Officer Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Payroll Team
  • Process multiple weekly payrolls
  • Reviewing timesheets and expenses
  • Supervising the Payroll Team if necessary
  • Assist with the implementation of new system
  • Assist with payroll processes and procedures
  • Carry out associated payroll tasks

The Successful Applicant:

Successful Payroll Officer:

  • Payroll experience (5 years)
  • Experience in a fast paced payroll function
  • Understanding and knowledge of payroll processes including rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Experience supervising / supporting a team
  • Be local to Lincoln
