Your role will involve assisting the team in optimizing performance and achieving organizational goals through data collection and interpretation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with a practical approach who can effectively manage time, enhance existing reports, and spearhead new reporting projects. You must have the ability to handle large datasets and prioritize data accuracy. Additionally, you will be expected to draw valuable insights from reports to provide recommendations for planning activities and propose data-driven strategies to boost operational excellence and drive organizational growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the Excel Access Database for accurate reporting
  • Developing short-term enhancements for improved reporting efficiency
  • Conducting planning KPI reporting to assess operational performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborating with the Business Intelligence team for the development of planning reports using Power BI
  • Supporting the seasonal OTB process and ensuring reporting alignment with the planning calendar
  • Documenting data collection processes for future reference and standardization

As part of the role, you will need to have a flexible approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You should also be comfortable with advanced/ expert Microsoft Excel and Access, with Power BI knowledge being a bonus.
