Job description

Do you have a background in mental health and fancy a challenge in a new project, shaping a service? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can take lead and develop a new team for a mental health service.

The role will involve liaising with the mental health ward, organising discharges into to community and structuring their level of support while developing a team of workers.

As part of your role, you will be required to contact relevant professionals, fill out paperwork and relay information to other teams and departments.

This role is mainly Monday to Friday - 5 but this could be flexible. It would also involve rotational weekend duty manager responsibilities.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Full, clean driving license and own transport
  • Great communication skills
  • A mental health qualification
