Duties:

  • Liaising with clients and acting as the main point of contact at ECIT Accountants for all Payroll, CIS, and Pension enquiries.
  • Preparation and execution of monthly/weekly Payroll for clients. This includes processing starters, leavers, overtime, holidays, SMP, SPP etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll
  • Deal with HMRC on behalf of Client regarding Payroll matters.
  • Preparing and submitting year end procedures for P60 and P11d's.
  • Administering autoenrolment and processing pension requirements.
  • Liaising with Pension providers on behalf of client.
  • Processing CIS returns for registered CIS clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role. 2 years minimum experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and need to have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Experience of Iris (Earnie) would be beneficial
  • Excel Experience required.

Salary:
£12.31-£32.82 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 16 per week
