Are you passionate about making a difference and want to work in an exciting and rewarding area of Social Care? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic practitioner to join The Northern Learning Disabilities Team based in North Norfolk.

Covering North Norfolk and Broadland our service provides an integrated Health and Social Care approach to assessment and support in the community.

About you You will be able to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise. You will need to have a positive attitude and enjoy finding creative and innovative solutions. You will have excellent communication skills, record keeping and keyboard skills.

You should have a commitment to excellent customer service and an ability to effectively manage a high turnover of work.

You will be committed to multi
- disciplinary working and have an interest in working within the Learning Disability field of Social Care. You will need to be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.


Who are we? Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Community Health and Care Trust deliver together a single service for adults with a Learning Disability.

We are an integrated Health and Social Care team providing specialist Learning Disability support to adults in the community.

You would be joining an inspiring and dedicated team of Social Care practitioners who are focussed on supporting adults with a Learning Disability to live independent and fulfilling lives.

We are proud of our multi-disciplinary working environment and our positive working relationships with our Health colleagues. We are confident that this achieves better outcomes for the adults we support.
