Administrator
Due to continued growth our client is looking for an experienced office administrator, working from their Luton office. Our client operates in the construction industry, specialising in flooring internal and external.

Administrator Job Responsibilities:

To perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities including customer call handling, ordering of materials, quotations, buying of materials at best cost,

  • SAGE or similar accountancy software experience
  • Keep all filing organised and up to date
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Provide quotes for products
  • Help with archiving and keeping documents organised
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Work on tender documents
  • Liaising with client base

Office Administrator Skills Required:

  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • SAGE or similar products
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using a CRM system
