This busy, successful and expanding international business are seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Administrator to support their logistics department.

Essential Core Skills

  • To support the logistics department with updating documentation and ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • To work closely with the logistics team to provide administrative support
  • Data entry
  • Answering the phone and redirecting calls
  • Assisting with compliance documentation
  • Maintaining records on the company database

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in a busy office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • The ability to always maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and work to tight deadlines and changing demands.
