£15 per hour (equivalent to £28,937 per annum working full time)

Contract:
Permanent, full time and part time hours available

Hours:
hours per week, including weekends and evenings

Shifts:6-hour block shifts - morning and evening

What you need as a Senior Care Assistant

  • Permanent right to work in the UK
  • ECL Care Solutions do not provide sponsorship
  • A full driving licence and vehicle to travel to customers
  • Previous experience working in the care sector, preferably with older people
  • Previous experience of providing personal care to customers
  • To be passionate about providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and to be able to work on your own initiative
  • To be able to work flexibly to best support your customers
Travel required to attend training, and across your local area to support customers.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Care Assistant

  • Providing a unique and tailored high standard of care and support to older adults in their own homes
  • Offering genuine companionship and building strong working relationships with customers and families, to provide peace of mind in relation to their wants and needs
  • Empowering and encouraging our customers to maintain their independence and live full and active lives
  • Playing a proactive role in developing bespoke support plans
  • Acting as an ambassador for the services ECL Care Solutions provide
