**About the role
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Support the delivery of the IT Service Management strategy and support effective decision making.
- Lead a team of IT Service Managers to ensure high quality work is delivered that meets the needs of the business.
- Manage the planning, implementation, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet customer business requirements and operate continuous improvement.
- Manage change to the service infrastructure including service assets, configuration items and associated documentation.
Person specification
- Experience of delivering IT Service Change projects or managing IT networks across an organisation with an understanding of the relevant IT activities
- Wide range experience, managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Extensive experience managing a team with a variety of technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Service Delivery and Operations (Expert)
- Information Assurance (Awareness)
- Leadership (CSBC 4)
