Sales Administrator

Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will assist the sales team ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative assistance to sales representatives and management.

You will facilitate efficient communication between internal departments, raising quotes and orders assuring the accurate input of data within the sales order.

You will manage a team of customers as outlined on the Customer allocation document, reporting to the relevant sales executive/management.

Meetings will take place to discuss every 1-2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders received from customers. Coordinate with relevant departments such sales, operations and accounts to fulfil orders promptly.

CRM Management: Utilize customer (CRM) to track/maintain customer accounts and manage sales activities. Ensure that CRM data is accurate and accurate & up to date.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, raising quotations, creating sales orders.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels (Min/Max Quantities) and assist in replenishment planning to ensure adequate stock availability for fulfilling customer orders. Communicate with the operations team to manage inventory levels.

Billing and Invoicing: Assist in managing customer queries, raising credit notes, Coordinate with the accounts department to resolve any billing discrepancies.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative day to day support to the internal & external sales departments, including the prompt turn around of quotations, raising of orders, managing the listings process for your orders helping to ensure the best possible service to the customer.

You will report to and be directly line managed by the Sales Manager

Summary:

As a Sales Administrator, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales, operations, and continuing to create/maintain positive relationships with customers.
