_At Lasered Components Ltd, we are in search of an Office Assistant, to alleviate the administrative and other clerical tasks between Sales and Business Development teams.

Learning from business to be accountable creating rapport relationships with customers, following the Company standards._

Main Accountabilities:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising documents
  • Data entry for all new customers into our MRP and following up with customers for company information.
  • Maintenance of our internal Company directory (Nuclino)
  • Supporting the sales inbox when needed with customer service.
  • Following up with customers on quotes.
  • Registering courier claims and opening investigations to support any nonconformance.
  • Taking notes from meetings. Formal write up / actions.
  • Adhoc departmental project work
  • Adhoc reporting
  • Provide other administrative support, internal and external.
  • Meeting preparation and general office support tasks

Work Pattern:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

This position is based on-site. Applicants must have driving licence and have a max commute of 40min driving.

Starting salary:
£24,000 annual
