Job Description Summary


We have an exciting new opportunity for a Market Data Administrator to join our growing Market Data team on a 9-12 months fixed term contract basis.


Our team is responsible for the strategic management of third party Market Data (external pricing and reference data) and Business Information contracts for the group and manages a budget of £millions/ year.

The role will appeal to a motivated and career minded individual keen to develop, that has good attention to details and organisational skills.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate information in the inventory database updating contracts pricing, users and service information- Handle the Market data team mailbox for requests and issues.- Process and reconciliation of invoices- Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes- Training to Junior members of the team on Market data monthly processes.

Who are we looking for?- MDM - Market data manager- Ideally 3+ years experience - experience in a Market Data Admin role (essential)- Market Data Industry knowledge- Advanced Excel skills- Superb communication and documentation skills- Independent problem-solving skills- Coaching and mentoring
