P+S Personnel is excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Stimulation Engineer to join our client's team in Great Yarmouth on a full-time basis.

Important Note:

Successful candidates will have the chance to travel to Denmark regularly and get hands-on experience offshore aboard the Vessel when needed.

Role Summary:

The Senior Stimulation Engineer will be based at the Head Office but will also travel for operational tasks, including working on the Vessel. This role involves planning, stimulation design, and collaboration with the Engineering Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising effectively with customers on fracturing design, design software, and pressure analysis software.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of QA/QC reports, chemical reconciliations, and job reports.
  • Leading customer interactions at various company offices and industry events.
  • Promoting safety, environmental awareness, and acting as an HSEQ leader.
  • Collaborating with teams to submit field tickets and support project bids.
  • Assuming a leadership role in R&D projects and vessel improvement initiatives.
  • Providing training to engineers and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.

Education and Experience:

  • BSc Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in stimulation and 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Operational experience with various types of stimulation jobs.

Person Specification:

  • Expertise in stimulation equipment and processes.
  • Competence in stimulation design and analysis.
  • Familiarity with fracturing design and pressure analysis software.
  • Strong leadership skills in fluid design, QA/QC, and environmental management.
  • Knowledge of HSE requirements and chemical regulations.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
  • Office location in Great Yarmouth.
