Purpose of a Senior Creative Manager:
- Manage a small but mighty team of designers. Support the sales strategy and goals of the Global Merchandise Services Business through creation and art direction of illustration, product and packaging renderings, production files and photography, servicing the EMEA market.
- Research regional trends and interpret buyer briefs to create forward-thinking, brand-appropriate visual assets in each of these creative areas.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the ever-evolving global and local brand strategies of the customer and support the growth of the Specialty Coffee business aesthetic as they expand and refine their design and brand approach.
- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to understand the assortment needs for each program and meet buyer objectives and calendar milestones.
- Assign tasks, oversee projects and ensure on-time, high quality deliverables.
