  • Proven experience in a senior creative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
