Making A Difference as A Business Administration Apprentice
The Apprenticeship is 21 months long and you will work towards Business Administration Level 3.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Organisational Design & Development team as a Business Administration Apprentice.

This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for providing and maintaining efficient administrative support as well as assisting at both virtual and face to face employee engagement events.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate good communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopt a proactive approach to your ongoing personal learning and development.

You will have good IT Skills and enjoy working on a variety of IT systems.

As part of a supportive team, you will get involved in working across the organisation, and will learn how to manage priorities and your own time, develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with using your initiative and contributing to creative discussions on new ideas and initiatives.
