Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals on a national scale to meet targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with key clients.
  • Track and assess performance metrics.
  • Create sales forecasts for different time frames.
  • Offer prompt and suitable solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Keep updated on new product launches and ensure team members are well-informed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a National Sales Manager or National Account Manager.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership qualities focused on achieving results.
  • Effective negotiation skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
