Reporting into the Training & Compliance Manager, as the Apprenticeship Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of Telents Apprenticeship program within the Highways Business.

You will be required to work with a variety of departments to identify needs and potential opportunities for new and existing staff, to develop career paths through Apprenticeship learning opportunities.


What you'll do:

  • Point of Contact for all Apprentices within Highways.
  • Attend and support with all onboarding processes and inductions.
  • Produce progress reports and presentations
  • Ensuring all Technical Training is organised per operational group/individual, liaising with internal and external training bodies to ensure technical competence levels are achieved and relevant to role.
  • Support the Training and Assurance Team in maintaining the Highways Training database ensuring all information is up to date, fit for purpose and audit ready.
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders across the Telent Highways business to identify any learning/training requirements._ _

This role is a fast-paced diverse role and would appeal to anyone who has a strong administration background who is a well organised individual.

You will be comfortable communicating and building relationships across a large group of stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Competent with O365 suite
  • Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience of managing multiple activities at the same time.
