Description

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with and supporting sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts, enquiries and order book issues
  • Providing and analysing customer's data and performance to sales
  • Processing orders placed via B2B system and inputting other manual orders
  • Recording values of orders and cancellations on relevant internal logs
  • Assisting Key Account Merchandisers with order processing/ depletion
  • Amending customer orders to meet requirements
  • Dealing with nonconformity issues
  • Ensuring appropriate carriage charges, discounts and product catalogues are applied to orders
  • Keeping customer records up to date (Sage)
  • Continual reviewing of processes for refinement to drive efficiencies

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have a good background within business administrator
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be IT literate
  • Be able to work on a hybrid basis
