My client is a successful business based in Poole.
Description
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with and supporting sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts, enquiries and order book issues
- Providing and analysing customer's data and performance to sales
- Processing orders placed via B2B system and inputting other manual orders
- Recording values of orders and cancellations on relevant internal logs
- Assisting Key Account Merchandisers with order processing/ depletion
- Amending customer orders to meet requirements
- Dealing with nonconformity issues
- Ensuring appropriate carriage charges, discounts and product catalogues are applied to orders
- Keeping customer records up to date (Sage)
- Continual reviewing of processes for refinement to drive efficiencies
Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Have a good background within business administrator
- Be a good communicator
- Be IT literate
- Be able to work on a hybrid basis
