The Business Intelligence and Analytics Outcome Lead job has accountability for end-to-end delivery of a discrete set of Technology Services including Process Intelligence automation capabilites, which encompassing Process and Task Mining along with the ownership of Operations MI for GOA.The role includes the definition of the technology product roadmap supporting Products/Customer Journeys/Applications and plays a key role in defining the GB/GF Technology Strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Alignment of the product technology roadmap and strategy for Business Intelligence and Analytics.
  • Is accountable for the technology outcome delivery for stakeholders within Operations.
  • Works with Operations transformation in defining and supporting business cases.
  • Supports and drives the rollout and expansion of existing technical solutions for Process Intelligence and Operational MI capabilities.
  • Demonstrates ability to drive forward the technology product vision across stakeholder groups.
  • Leads teams using agile methodologies.
  • Structures team to deliver business outcomes for the Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Facilitates quarterly planning (, QBR) and execute agreed objectives
  • Manages risks and dependencies, resolves or escalates impediments, and optimises flow of work through delivery teams.
  • Owns the tracking of spend against budgets, ensuring budgets are adhered to, and managed in line with financial best practice.
  • Drives high Technology service performance and cost reduction, resolving incidents in a timely fashion.
  • Measures, track and improve customer focused operational KPIs (, customer servicing time, NPS).
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role , as Programme Manager/Project Manager, Product Owner from a financial services organization background ideally
  • Evidence of technical knowledge and understanding of a variety of technologies and systems including Data, Cloud Technologies, MI and Process Intelligence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and delivery experience
  • Evidence of effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts
  • Expert understanding of products and services, and underlying processes
  • Experience of DevOps/DevSecOps or SCALE Agile processes
  • Ability to champion the customer in strategic and tactical decision-making scenarios.
  • Build and maintain the broad and diverse set of skills required to run and effective operational team.
  • Leadership of Sub Stream and related roles to ensure best practices for the team.
  • Exceptional ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams, with strong people leadership, teamwork, gathering information and analysing, judgment, decision making and communication.
