About the Position:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the management of contracts from start to finish. Your focus will be on ensuring that all contracts comply with safety regulations, work policies, and industry standards while providing exceptional customer service to clients and residents.

Competitive salary range of 45k to 55k
Contract Type:
Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours:
40 hours per week (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday)
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Contracts Manager is to ensure the smooth and effective execution of contracts while meeting key performance indicators and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day reactive and planned preventative maintenance services.
- Leading, supporting, and developing your team to uphold professional standards and ensure timely project completion.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Overseeing pricing, quotations, works review, and invoicing.
- Procuring necessary materials for contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.
- Supervising and training junior staff, setting objectives, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Staying informed about industry regulations and trends that may affect business objectives.
- Acting as the main point of contact for resolving contract issues.
- Monitoring expenditure and providing regular reports to management.
- Reviewing contract management processes for enhancement opportunities.
- Engaging with clients to discuss project specifications and progress.
- Collecting feedback from clients on work quality and performance.
- Promoting the company's commitment to exceptional service delivery.
- Managing Health and Safety procedures and reporting any breaches.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience (PAYE).
- 23 days of annual leave, increasing by one day per full year of service up to a maximum of 25 days. Option to sell back 3 days annually or carry them over.
- Half-days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve with full pay if weekdays.
