An established Brand has an exciting opportunity for a
Lay Planner. They supply to Ladies Fast Fashion companies.
You will be a part of the production process creating young fashionable products.

The role:

  • Following grading size charts to ensure the product is within tolerance specifications for Ladies Fast Fashion brands.
  • Using Vetigraph or Investronica
  • Managing Production costs.
  • Producing grading nests with tech packs, preproduction and fabric swatch samples to be sent overseas to Far East Factories.
  • Ensuring suitability of materials and components for product end use and conform to BSI standards.
  • Managing the critical path, sealing processes and manufacturing for mass production.
  • Working to customer tech packs, sending high quality preproduction and sealed production samples to the customer for review.
  • Requesting pantone reference lab dips and ordering fabrics.

Skills Required:

  • Ideally have experience of working with ladies fashion.
  • Must have experience using Vetigraph or Investronica
  • Experience in technical makeup to ensure fit garments sent are to an excellent standard.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and creative approach.
  • Good IT skills such as Word and Excel.
