Lay Planner

An established Brand has an exciting opportunity for a **Lay Planner.** They supply to Ladies Fast Fashion companies.
You will be a part of the production process creating young fashionable products.

**The role**:

- Following grading size charts to ensure the product is within tolerance specifications for Ladies Fast Fashion brands.
- Using Vetigraph or Investronica
- Managing Production costs.
- Producing grading nests with tech packs, pre-production and fabric swatch samples to be sent overseas to Far East Factories.
- Ensuring suitability of materials and components for product end use and conform to BSI standards.
- Managing the critical path, sealing processes and manufacturing for mass production.
- Working to customer tech packs, sending high quality pre-production and sealed production samples to the customer for review.
- Requesting pantone reference lab dips and ordering fabrics.

**Skills Required**:

- Ideally have experience of working with ladies fashion.
- Must have experience using Vetigraph or Investronica
- Experience in technical makeup to ensure fit garments sent are to an excellent standard.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and creative approach.
- Good IT skills such as Word and Excel.
