About Us

About the Role

  • Monitors, audits and reports project compliance to the project management framework, providing support, coaching and mentoring through the Pathfinder Project Management Academy on project management across the department.
  • Provides ensuring accurate project reporting into enabling effective decision making.
  • Implements a full suite of reports measuring the project's position and performance, including regular project analysis and portfolio and programme level reporting.
  • Drives the project's adoption of frameworks/methodologies, ensuring compliance/conformance to governance (audit and measure).
  • Administers Platform Implementation Project Management Office (PMO) templates and tools including the Planisware Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software.
  • Ensures a datadriven approach to develop insight into project performance and define improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitors, audits and reports risk and issue process compliance and quality, providing support, coaching and mentoring.
  • Drives risk management standards across Platform Implementation and developing and delivering risk management training
  • Conducts data analysis and validation to ensure accurate reporting and continuity informing project analysis and portfolio and programme level reporting.

About You

  • Significant process design/capture of endtoend crossfunctional processes
  • Evidence of stakeholder engagement across all levels within the business
  • Experience of developing, testing and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Experience in training others, particularly the ability to encourage best practice and driving data integrity
  • Business process reengineering design skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a global matrix organisation
  • Understands Change Management techniques and has the ability to identify risks and risk mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of endtoend process design, capture and improvement methodologies e.g. lean six sigma
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Be able to analyse, map and document key processes and work collaboratively to identify gaps and weaknesses in business
  • Processes to then design, develop and implement improvements
  • Energetic with a great deal of personal drive, enthusiasm and initiative
  • A strong bias for delivery and turning discussions and ideas into actions
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Delivery of lean six sigma (or similar) related projects
  • Experience of working with process management tools e.g. TIBCO Nimbus
