Duties:

  • Oversee plant production and financial performance.
  • Update production plans daily.
  • Coordinate with other managers to meet production targets.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement activities.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial and Financial acumen.
  • Relevant manufacturing/engineering qualifications preferred.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Techniques.
  • Previous Profit & Loss management experience.

Work Schedule:

Assembly Manager 1: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Assembly Manager 2: Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm
