The Role
Sunnamusk
Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and drive a positive customer experience by being the face of Sunnamusk.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ascertain customer's needs and strive to upsell where possible.
- Recommend and display items that match customer's needs.
- Manage pointofsale processes.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Accurately describe product features and benefits.
About you
- Proven working experience in a retail sales environment
- A desire to actively strive for excellence
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
