Overview:

nIn this role, the Associate Managing Director will be working at the nexus of project management and production, customer relations, company management, and growth.


Responsibilities:

nCreative Direction and OversightnProvide creative direction and oversight for all projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.nCollaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and solutions that meet client objectives.nReview and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the agency's creative output.nFacilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire and develop the team's skills.


Operations ManagementnOversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.nDevelop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity and performance.nManaging various communication channels internally and externally.nMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.nManage hiring and contractor recruitment to meet ongoing project demands.


Associate Director ResponsibilitiesnAssume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Managing Director, making strategic decisions and guiding the team towards company objectives.nLead and inspire our team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.nRepresent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events - showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.nPartner with the Managing Director to achieve benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and revenue.


Qualifications:

nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.nProven experience in leadership roles within the creative industry.nStrong understanding of design principles, processes, and best practices.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.nAbility to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.nExcellent listening and presentation abilitiesnProficiency in project management tools and software.nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
