Canary Wharf, Greater London, United Kingdom Queen Mary University of London Full time

About the Role

The role will be based within the Careers and Enterprise Team and offers the opportunity to lead the coordination and delivery of multiple projects associated with key KPIs for Queen Mary. These include Graduate Outcomes Survey, The Knowledge Exchange Framework (Enterprise Team's HEBCIS response), and the QS Survey (Employer Reputation) in line with the QMUL 2030 Strategy.

You will also work alongside the Head of Service and Senior Management Team to develop the operational execution of strategies relating to service KPIs and additional strategic projects such as OFSTED, Access and Participation Plans and the Service's response to AI, alongside other new initiatives.

About You

You will have experience of leading and managing multiple projects and will play a pivotal role in maximising responses to key KPIs, developing a deep understanding of each area, with timeframes and potential implications for Queen Mary.

You should possess strong communication skills, including influencing and active listening, and demonstrate a track record of utilising data to evaluate project effectiveness. Leadership, time management, and attention to detail are key, alongside a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving positive outcomes. You will be experienced in stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate effectively within complex organisational settings.

About the Service

The Careers and Enterprise Team's mission is to further develop the employability of Queen Mary University of London students from enrolment until three years after graduation. The Team consists of around 60 FTE staff, working in partnership with academic schools and employers to provide inclusive careers support and opportunities to Queen Mary students and graduates.

Our vision is to open the doors of opportunity for Queen Mary students and graduates. We are committed to supporting our diverse student population, distinctive for a Russell Group University, as evidenced by the Institute of Fiscal Studies/Sutton Trust report, which considers Queen Mary the top university in Britain for social mobility.

Staff are currently required to work a minimum of two days a week on campus.
