The Details...
You will act as the primary contact for supplier invoicing queries, ensuring supplier relationships are maintained to an excellent standard.
Responsibilities include:
- matching, checking & coding invoices
- Maintaining Accounts Payable inboxes
- Insuring the prompt payment of supplier invoices within our agreed terms
- setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- reconciliations of supplier statements
- filing invoices
- being the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
- develop and maintain good relationships with relevant teams, employees and suppliers
What We're Looking For...
You will need a good to standard of education including GCSE in Maths and English as well as a track record in an Accounts Payable position.
It's important that you are able to develop and maintain superb working relationships and will be able to demonstrate good organisational and problem solving skills.
