Role Summary

The role involves handling Travel Claims Assessment, ensuring excellent customer service through accurate information sharing and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's image through professional behavior and appearance.
  • Review and process claims according to policy.
  • Provide clear advice on policy coverage and claims handling.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to claimants.
  • Monitor and handle all aspects of claims, including payments.
  • Identify and address potential fraud.
  • Develop best practices for customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
