The key focus of this role is to provide risk consulting services to Aon clients, meeting their risk control needs. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, working in diverse client teams, and driving revenue generation through valuable consulting services for Aon clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead major projects, overseeing property risk control account management for key Aon clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support client's Risk Control program
  • Facilitate the broking process, acting as the bridge between clients and insurance companies
  • Conduct site audits and surveys, preparing reports on site risks and control measures
  • Provide prioritized recommendations for risk enhancements
  • Validate and prioritize recommendations from insurance companies and third parties
  • Deliver formal written reports and verbal presentations
  • Lead projects and collaborate with other Aon resources
  • Manage key accounts for larger clients
  • Research and develop technical issues, new products, and services
Requirements:
  • Strong background in property risk control with experience leading large risk control programs
  • Risk Management qualifications or relevant accreditations
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and contribute to business matters
  • Experience in insurer environments across various industry groups
  • Team player with the capability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external client interactions
  • Business development acumen
  • Proficient in common business IT applications
