CLIENT PROFILE
Serply is a prominent engineering and environmental consultancy operating within the Building Services sector, with a strong presence across the UK and internationally. Our diverse and inclusive team is engaged in delivering some of the most notable and innovative projects, ranging from sustainable office spaces and commercial buildings to advanced healthcare facilities and award-winning retail developments.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
Annual Leave: 26 days + Bank Holidays, increasing to 31 days with loyalty days + BH
Hybrid Working: Yes, with the possibility of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

ROLE SUMMARY
As an Energy Consultant / SAP Assessor, you will join our well-established team to address a growing and varied workload. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing multidisciplinary services across the property, infrastructure, energy, sustainability, and environmental sectors.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified OCDEA
- Proficient in Elmhurst Design SAP
- Familiarity with GLA planning requirements
- Competent in conducting U-value calculations
- Experience with high-rise residential SAP assessments
- Ability to review photographs for BREL sign-off

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with IESVE for non-residential projects
- Knowledge of Trisco or other thermal bridging software
- Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) with experience in Part L calculations
- Experience in conducting overheating/daylight assessments
- Familiarity with operational energy modeling (TM54, etc.)
- Working knowledge of BREEAM analyses and reporting (e.g., HEA04, ENE01, ENE04)
