Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Adult's Mental Health Team

We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult's Mental Health team in Ealing, United Kingdom's Social Care sector.

The role is initial for 3-6 months with a possibility of extension based on internal circumstances and performance.


Responsibilities:
- Working with Vulnerable Adults with Mental Health
- Care management
- Report writing and assessment
- Hospital Discharge
- Managing a caseload of service users
- Collaboration with professional bodies under the Mental Health Act
- Safeguarding Adults

Experience preferred:
Post-qualifying experience in a similar position within the UK Social Care industry

About the Team:
A well-structured team, constantly expanding their social worker workforce.

Minimum Requirements:
- HCPC Registration
- 1 year post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (can be obtained)
