### Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with mental health needs and their carers.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
* Work closely with the local Mental Health Trust, Primary Care, and other mental health services to ensure seamless care coordination
* Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their carers
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

### Requirements

* QSW status, including qualification and Social Work England registration
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in adult mental health social work
* Right to work in the UK
