We are seeking an experienced commercial insurance broker who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

As a Senior Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be a vital team member alongside other brokers, account executives, and claims handlers. Your main responsibility will be handling mid to large risks and providing top-tier support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer broking assistance for various classes of commercial insurance, such as motor, property, EL, PL, commercial combined, D&O, cyber, etc.
  • Prepare quotes, manage renewals, submit to markets, and review policy terms.
  • Establish strong relationships with commercial insurance clients and insurers.
  • Focus on achieving high renewal retention and growth rates.
  • Negotiate competitive terms to fulfill client needs.
  • Conduct client meetings to nurture connections.
  • Recognize and capitalize on new business prospects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance broking experience.
  • Familiarity with mid to large risk operations.
  • Proficient in managing new and existing business.
  • Sound knowledge of various commercial insurance classes.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications are preferred or in progress.
  • Prior experience with Acturis is a plus.
