  • All-round

Business Understanding:
Display a willingness to learn and understand all aspects of the business, beyond the brewbox operation. This includes gaining insights into other departments and supporting other areas of the company.

  • Food Safety and Health & Safety: Working in a way that maintains and enforces food safety and health & safety processes. Ensure that all legal and internal paperwork related to these processes is up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
  • A passion for coffee, tea, and specialty beverages is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in all aspects of the business.
  • Must be available to work in the week and a weekend day each week (we can be flexible to exact days and times)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

Salary:
£7.75-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
