Barista

**Responsibilities**:
1. Daily Operations: Take charge of the Brewbox operation, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. Monitor daily activities, complete tasks, and address any issues that arise promptly.

2. Commitment to Quality: Exhibit a strong dedication to maintaining exceptional quality and standards. Uphold product consistency and presentation, ensuring that all beverages and food items meet our high-quality expectations.

3. Flexibility: Embrace a flexible working schedule to accommodate the varying demands of the brewbox operation. Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances and demonstrate a proactive attitude in tackling challenges.

4. All-round Business Understanding: Display a willingness to learn and understand all aspects of the business, beyond the brewbox operation. This includes gaining insights into other departments and supporting other areas of the company.

5. Food Safety and Health & Safety: Working in a way that maintains and enforces food safety and health & safety processes. Ensure that all legal and internal paperwork related to these processes is up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
- A passion for coffee, tea, and specialty beverages is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in all aspects of the business.
- Must be available to work in the week and a weekend day each week (we can be flexible to exact days and times)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

**Salary**: £7.75-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
