Saturday Retail Assistant


Waterfield's Bakery is a well-established Northwest Based Family owned Quality Bakers with 36 shops across the North West We have a friendly environment in a variety of locations from towns to village shops across the North West where exceptional customer service is the norm not the exception.


We are looking for a Saturday Retail Assistant for our shop based in Widnes Town Centre
As a Waterfield's
Retail Sales Assistant, you are expected to maximise sales through effective, merchandising and customer service standards.

We provide our customers with great tasting quality Savouries, Sandwiches, Bread and Confectionery goods.
This position is for our shop based in Widnes.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing the sales at every opportunity
  • Driving sales forward through product availability
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
  • In store Baking of all savoury goods throughout the day
  • Compliance with all health & safety and food safety legislation
  • You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, with an excellent training programme and the opportunity to progress your career.
  • Working Hours will be
    8 Hours on a Saturday additional hours will be available to cover during holiday times.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£8.97-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Every weekend

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
