We are looking for experienced Security and First Aid officers to join our seasonal team.

These positions are immediate starts and are fundamental in ensuring the safety of our guests and employees at Drayton Manor Resorts.

Your Responsibilities as a Security and First Aid officer will include;

  • Maintaining the safety and security of all our guests and staff
  • Having a visual presence
  • Being a key point of contact for guest and staff alike
  • Acting as an ambassador for the business, ensuring the companies Vision, Mission and Values are embraced by the team to create a vibrant, energetic, and fun place of work

  • Zerohour contract flexible working covering 24 hours a day 7 days a week as scheduled, to include weekends, and bank holiday, working a 12 hour shift paying NMW.

Key Skills and attributes as a Security and First Aid officer

  • An uptodate Security Industry Authority Door Supervisors licence
  • A current first aid certificate (minimum emergency first aid at work) and experience delivering first aid
  • Have good customer services experience
  • To have a good understanding of conflict resolution and being able to act within this
  • A keen eye for detail and able to use Microsoft Office programme
