We, at Charles Clinkard, are looking for a Weekend Customer Services Advisor to join our busy e-Commerce and Fulfilment team at our Head Office on Cannon Park, Middlesbrough.


Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in our e-Commerce team, working on our online customer services team.

There are several aspects to the role and full training will be provided. The role is for weekends as standard.

As you gain experience, you will be involved in various tasks such as:

  • Dealing with our Live Chat
  • Supporting and managing our Amazon, eBay and other platforms
  • Managing orders, to ensure we are meeting our SLA/customer promise
  • Processing customer returns and exchanges
  • Processing customer payments

Who are we looking for?

  • As this is largely a customer service role, we are looking for someone who is confident talking to customers on the phone handling queries professionally and to the high standard our customers expect. _
  • As a small, busy weekend team, we're looking for a team player who is both reliable and hardworking._
  • The varied nature of the role will suit someone who can multitask and remain calm under pressure_


Charles Clinkard has been a family run business since 1924 and we are looking forward to adding a few new members to our team.
