The Medicines Counter Assistant is a key member of the pharmacy team.

You are the first person many customers will see when coming into the pharmacy, speak to when seeking healthcare advice and interact with when collecting a prescription or ask for help when they wish to purchase a medicine.

As a Medicines Counter Assistant (MCA) you will provide advice to patients on a range of common ailments. You will appropriately sell over-the-counter medicines to patients and handle prescriptions within the pharmacy.

You will work under the supervision of a responsible pharmacist, who will always be available should you need to refer a patient or seek advice.

You will have good general retail skills, be friendly, plus enjoy providing consistent and excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary, 5.8 weeks holiday per year, 20% discount in our branches and more
