The school focuses on changing students' mindset and giving their students all the tools to be successful in their future.

This small setting has just a few small classrooms for young people who have disengaged with their learning due to previously experiencing trauma and bad experiences of school.

The individuals in the School are dedicated to developing students social and emotional development as well as their academic achievement.

We are looking for an open minded individual to join their already established team.

The successful teaching assistant must have strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of supporting students who have SEMH needs.
