You will be assisting in the smooth running of the office, taking customer orders through to dispatch.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Checking Invoices are correct, filing and data inputting of purchase orders.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in MS Office.

In addition to this, you will be well organised, be a team player and be able to work to deadlines.

Ideally you will have some previous experience as a Sales Administrator orSales Support Agent, however training will be provided.


You will be working 5 days per week, Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, and Friday 08:00 - 16:00, with a one hour break.
