The role of Customer Service Account Handler involves:

  • Managing a client portfolio, ensuring timely customer outreach based on the company's call schedule.
  • Actively processing sales orders and recommending additional products to meet team objectives.
  • Handling sales order processing to facilitate accurate order picking by the transport department according to route schedules.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Assisting in analyzing sales performance using internal systems to recognize sales trends.
  • Collaborating with managers to discuss product details, pricing, and alternatives for out-of-stock items to guarantee timely customer deliveries.
  • Overseeing daily Sage reporting to confirm order dispatch.
  • Liaising with key suppliers and supporting promotional activities, including discounts and product launches.

Salary:
£27,500 base (with a team bonus boosting it to £30K)
