Estimating Co-Ordinator
Ballymena
Vickerstock are working in Partnership with an award-winning building contractor to recruit an experienced Estimating Co-Ordinator.
You will be a key part of the Estimating and Surveying department, with key tasks to support the efficient running of the organisation.
Your new role as an Estimating Co-Ordinator;
- Working closely with the Estimating and surveying team daily, providing administrative support and liaising with supply chain members
- Logging new projects onto the system and downloading and saving tender information into the project file, document, and tender information control during the tender process, receive, file, track and distribute as required.
- Administration, compilation and sending of supplier enquiries.
- Gather submittal from subcontractors / vendors and prepare close out documents for each project.
- Assisting with calculation checks and the tender completion process to meet the submission deadline.
- Required thorough knowledge and understanding of the process flow to ensure information released to estimators is complete accurate and well organised.
What you will need to succeed;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar type role / working environment
- 5 x GCSE's including Math and English / third level qualification desirable
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, and good telephone manner.
