Are you ready to play a pivotal role in my client’s preconstruction team? They are on the lookout for a dedicated Bid Coordinator to join their bustling headquarters in Ballymena. In this role, you'll be the orchestrator of the Bid/PQQ process, crafting compelling bids and providing invaluable support to their Estimating department.

**THE ROLE**:

- Manage company profiles on portals and tender/bid platforms.
- Identify opportunities through online client portals and tender notices.
- Retrieve PQQ/tender documentation from relevant portals and platforms.
- Undertake and complete PQQ submissions, providing technical compliance information for tender bids and responses to expressions of interest.
- Ensure all bids accurately reflect their experience and capabilities.
- Complete submissions in line with pre-set deadlines and company branding.
- Develop a keen understanding of awarding authorities, their vision, strategy, and plans to maximise new business generation opportunities.
- Perform any other duties as required by management.
- The above list is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in bid writing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and short timescales.
- Computer literate in all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong business acumen.
