Role KPI's:

  • Project plans regularly updated
  • Documentation for projects in order
  • Tracking documents produced and managed
  • Actions closed in line with Milestones
  • Data sets are logical and robust and enable decisionmaking

Job Purpose
Assist the Project Manager in the effective delivery of the refurbishment Projects.

Responsible for collating data, producing plans & updates, and chasing actions and solutions with key stakeholders and the work-stream owners.

Highly effective communicator at all levels. Works across key stakeholders and all business areas establishing a professional approach that ensures the coordination and resolution of all project challenges

Responsibilities

Initiation

  • Assists in the writing and version controlling of the Work Stream plans
  • Sets up relevant templates and version controls for the Project Manager to use on project set up

Planning

  • Writes up the project plans for the Project Managers and Workstream owners
  • Manages the baseline schedule and budget tracker

Execution and implementation

  • Chases project activities to deadline on behalf of the Project Manager
  • Produces presentations for updates as required
  • Manages the project dashboard for the business
  • Manages the Project calendar and resources
  • Provides administrative support in the set up and implementation of project meetings, takes minutes and chases actions
  • Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project, internally and externally
  • Ensures all written project communication is relevant to the audience
  • Communicates well across the business with stakeholders at all levels

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

  • Project Management qualification would be advantageous
  • Educated to GCSE level grade B or above in Maths and English

Experience:

  • Administrative experience or project/analysis experience
  • Has worked with detail, and communicated across multifunctional teams
  • Has worked under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Has worked with ambiguity and in times of change
