Role Overview:My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Support Manager to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their healthcare facilities across the South of England.
This role involves providing support to Home Managers and overseeing the management of a care home in the absence of its manager.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to Home Managers within the designated region.
Offer guidance, mentorship, and assistance to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assume responsibility for managing a care home in the absence of its manager, ensuring continuity of care and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance service delivery.Conduct regular assessments and audits to monitor performance and compliance.
Act as a liaison between frontline staff, management, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues
Requirements:
Qualified Nurse with current registration (essential).
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices in healthcare.
Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions under pressure.
Flexibility to travel within the designated region as required
